▋ORDER FORM

All commissions are ordered by mail to maintain an order and record of them.▌Fill this form in below and send it to [email protected]▶ I, [your name/username], certify I have read, understood and accepted your terms of service and I also verify that the commission I am purchasing is 100% voluntary, I am of legal age and/or have my parent's permission to purchase it. As well as I promise to not request any chargeback once the artwork is finished.◀• Character name: (Name of the character.)

• Background: ( None / Simple / Transparent / Any elements you want included..?)NOTE: Once this email is received, I will proceed with the commission process to make the Payment and discuss the characteristics that your illustration will have. In addition to whether there is a waiting line ahead or if the commissions are not available at the moment, if the latter is the case, I can reserve them for the next month or if there is any free window that you find within the month.The priority order will allow you to be ahead of the other people waiting, if there is already someone in the priority queue, they will be placed inside it.

▋ TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment via Paypal only. No refunds.• It can take me up to 1 month to finish the order. Unless it is a priority order, it will be completed within the agreed period.• You may not claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to give me credit when posting on other sites.
- You will only receive the digital art file. Not the printed art.• If you want your artwork to be private and not published, there may be an additional cost.• You may not use any of my art for NFT or sell it for NFT purposes. If you do, you will be permanently banned.• I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the pose/concept idea makes me feel uncomfortable, or I am unable to draw it. I can also modify or remove details such as complex patterns if you are unable to provide me with the PNG files. If you want me to draw it and you don't have the files. I will charge extra for the details.• I only work with finished character designs, not descriptions. If you would like to request a design commission and then an illustration, please let me know in advance.• I mainly draw female characters and rarely male characters. Please keep in mind when ordering me. I also don't provide complex backgrounds, but I can draw certain complex elements. Please check with me in advance if you are not sure. Decorative backgrounds (patterns) are included in the price. If you need additional elements that need to be hand drawn or shaded (such as flowers, objects, etc.), the price could vary depending on the complexity.• I draw NSFW but without reaching scenes completely +18, be they scenes of intercourse, masturbation, etc.• Please note that my art is constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive. If something happens and you want to cancel your place on the waiting list. Feel free to let me know and I will remove your space from the list.
You can also change your character before your commission starts. However, if you have already paid and your new character is more detailed. I can ask you to pay for the additional details.• Also, please note that it is your responsibility to save the commission within one week of receipt of final commission files. In case you can't do it, please let me know as soon as possible. I don't keep files on my drive for a long time, so any lost files that were not saved in 1-2 weeks are the responsibility of the customer and therefore will not be refunded.Payment Process• Payments are only accepted in USD and will be charged through the Paypal invoice.• All payments are paid in advance.• Your commission request will be canceled if you do not pay within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or installment payments. If someone pays your commission through a trade/coupon, you must indicate this in your commission request.• If I am unable to make your commission, I will refund you in full. Otherwise, there are no refunds.Working progress• The commissioner will receive a draft of the sketch for his approval. Then he'll get a cleaner draft for a second approval. Please list all changes upon receipt of these sketches. If everything is approved, I will proceed to finish the artwork.• Please also note that I offer a limited number of edits during the sketch phase. Please be upfront about the changes you need, but keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of times I allow edits. If something is not a necessary detail/change, please do not mention it.• If you want to change something on the finished part that was not mentioned in advance, a fee will be charged depending on the changes. Any missing or incorrect details on my part will be fixed free of charge. You will always receive the illustration in PNG with my author's signature.What are Personal & Commercial use commissions?• Personal use means that the artwork will not generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar on non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), printing it for you (not for sale) is personal use.• Commercial use is any use that may generate income, or solicit clients, or directly or indirectly has to do with financial gain, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc.) or social media platforms that are capable of making a profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).Priority commission• You can request a priority commission when you want to skip the waiting list and make commissions before a deadline date. The priority fee will depend on the commission you have paid.
